1. Who we are

EFFEXO ("EFFEXO", "we", "us", "our") is a digital product — a set of AI marketing and sales skills for Claude. For the purposes of the GDPR, the data controller is:

2. What data we collect

Information you give us. When you buy a pack or contact us, we may process your name, email address, and the billing details needed to complete and account for your purchase, plus the content of any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically. This website does not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider processes basic technical data (such as your IP address and request time) in standard server logs to deliver the site securely and prevent abuse.

3. How and why we use it

We process your personal data for the following purposes, each with a legal basis under the GDPR:

• To deliver your purchase — sending the skill files and providing support. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To meet legal obligations — keeping invoices and transaction records for tax and accounting. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To run and protect our business — responding to enquiries, preventing fraud, and securing the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Optional updates or marketing — only if you ask for them. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Revolut. Your card details are entered on Revolut's secure checkout — we never receive or store your full card number. 5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers ("processors") that help us operate, and only as far as needed:

• Revolut — payment processing.
• Our hosting provider — serving this website.
• Our email provider — sending your files and replying to you.
• Authorities — only where we are legally required to.

EFFEXO skills run inside your own Claude account with Anthropic. When you use the skills, your prompts and business content are processed by Anthropic under your own agreement with them — we do not receive, see, or store that content. See Anthropic's privacy policy.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors may store or process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards under the GDPR — such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

• Order and transaction records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires (typically up to 5–10 years).
• Support messages — up to 24 months after our last contact.
• Data based on consent — until you withdraw your consent.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict or object to our processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@effexo.ai. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Latvia, the Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).

9. Cookies and tracking

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across sites. Fonts are self-hosted, so no data is sent to third-party font services. The only thing we keep in your browser is your cookie preference, so we don't ask you again — it is strictly necessary and used for nothing else. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. If we ever introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

10. Children

EFFEXO is intended for businesses and professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
